<br />
<strong>The upconverter:</strong><br />
This module is a complete high power up converter from 70cm to 2400MHz for the QO 100 uplink. With a 70cm RF power from 100 to max 500 mWatts you can transmit with a maximum of 10-12 Watts at 2400 MHz to the QO 100 uplink. At the input of the upconverter there is a 500 mWatt attenuator with SMD resistors.<br />
After this attenuator a Potentio trimmer is placed to adjusted the correct input power for maximum output.<br />
<br />
This module requires a 10MHz GPSDO reference for stable operation. Without this reference, the output frequency will be to unstable !<br />
<br />
The upconverter is build into a CNC machined aluminium enclosure with SMA connectors. It requires 2 powersupplies, an 12V (1A) for the upconverter section and an 28-30V (1.5A) powersupply for the internal 10W amplifier.<br />
<br />
This upconverter requires a heatsink, minimum size: 150 (L) x 75mm (W) x 20mm (H).<br />
The heatsink is not included, can be added to your order.<br />

This comply model has extra options, a 20W 15dB input attenuator and an TX/RX switch (PTT controlled) for simplex use.<br />
<br />

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Banddoorlaatfilters worden gebruikt om sterke stoorsignalen effectief te onderdrukken. Hierdoor neemt de ruis in de band af, zijn er minder ongewenste mengproducten en kunt u zwakke signalen beter horen.<br />
Tijdens het zenden worden eventuele spurious en andere stoorsignalen onderdrukt, waardoor interferentie met de naburige stations wordt verminderd.<br />
<br />
Bandpass-filters worden vaak gebruikt tijdenscontesten, bijvoorbeeld in Multi / Multi- of Multi / 2-opstellingen. Ook kleinere zendstations met &eacute;&eacute;n operator en twee stations (SO2R) kunnen profiteren van goede filters door de interferentie tussen de twee radio&#39;s te verminderen.<br />
<br />
De competitievarianten van het banddoorlaatfilter hebben aanzienlijk steilere flanken, d.w.z. een veel hogere verzwakking buiten de doorlaatband. Dit is nodig in situaties waar bijvoorbeeld wedstrijdstations zich in de buurt bevinden.<br />

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Banddoorlaatfilters worden gebruikt om sterke stoorsignalen effectief te onderdrukken. Hierdoor neemt de ruis in de band af, zijn er minder ongewenste mengproducten en kunt u zwakke signalen beter horen.<br />
Tijdens het zenden worden eventuele spurious en andere stoorsignalen onderdrukt, waardoor interferentie met de naburige stations wordt verminderd.<br />
<br />
Bandpass-filters worden vaak gebruikt tijdenscontesten, bijvoorbeeld in Multi / Multi- of Multi / 2-opstellingen. Ook kleinere zendstations met &eacute;&eacute;n operator en twee stations (SO2R) kunnen profiteren van goede filters door de interferentie tussen de twee radio&#39;s te verminderen.<br />
<br />
De competitievarianten van het banddoorlaatfilter hebben aanzienlijk steilere flanken, d.w.z. een veel hogere verzwakking buiten de doorlaatband. Dit is nodig in situaties waar bijvoorbeeld wedstrijdstations zich in de buurt bevinden.<br />
De ultra high power versie is geconstrueerd in een solide aluminium behuizing met high Q Mica condensatoren om het intern verlies te minimaliseren en doorgangs vermogen te optimaliseren.</p>
